My passion for fitness began during my Kinesiology classes at Penn State.  After college, I went into law enforcement and knew that working out and being physically fit would help my performance at work.

During this time, my mind shifted from viewing exercise as a task to adopting it as a part of my lifestyle.  The more time I spent in the gym, the better I looked and felt. As my body transformed, people started to ask me for workout tips and advice.  When I noticed that they were starting to put my advice to use and seeing changes with their bodies, I knew then that I had the ability to help people not only start but also maintain a healthier lifestyle.  This gave me the desire to want to help as many people as I could with health and fitness.

I know, firsthand, how difficult the process to change your body can be because I grew up as an underweight guy struggling to put on muscle and then later on in life became an overweight guy that needed to lose weight. So, being on both sides of the scale gives me a well-rounded training perspective that enables me to relate to all of my clients.

The things that make me great at what I do are that I'm not generic, I am a people person, and I genuinely care about the well being of others.  So, when you're utilizing my advice you are a team member..  You become a part of my Fitness Family.
